Thursday, June 28:	Camp Begins
Sunday, July 15:	Visiting Day
Tuesday, Aug 14:	Departure for campers being picked up
Wednesday, Aug 15:	Departure for campers going on bus

Please print and complete the application form as well as a W4, I-9 and State Central Register forms. (All forms can be found here.) Mail all three forms to the HASC office - the address appears on the application form. We will contact you to schedule an interview.
