The following are criteria for camp HASC staff:
Position Age Requirement Counselor: Must have completed at least one year of post high school studies. Special Diet Waitress: Must have completed at least one year of post high school studies and be interested in pursuing a career in Nutrition. Waitress: Must be graduating high school this year or older. Life Guard: Administrative Offices: Must have completed at least one year of post high school studies and computer knowledge and office skills a must. Infirmary Admin Assistants: Secretary/Office: Mother's Helper: Must be finishing 11th grade. Day Camp Counselor: Deadline for girls application (excluding Mothers helpers) is on December 31, 2009

Statewide Central Database Check Form	- Make sure to record all family members living in the same household (ex. mother, father, sister, brother, etc) - Make sure to record current and previous street addresses making sure there are no gaps from one place to the next - Make sure to sign the bottom of the form
Applications without pictures, I-9 and W-4's will not be accepted.
